Keep in mind that items in your shopping bag are not reserved until your order has been officially accepted—see Section 5 for more details. If your session is inactive for too long, your connection to our website may be interrupted, and your selected products could be lost. In such cases, you will need to re-add the items to your cart.

Payment Methods

Our payments are securely processed through Shopify, provided by Shopify International Ltd. We accept the following payment methods:

When paying by credit card, the purchase amount is initially reserved upon order confirmation and will only be charged once Studio Constance has accepted your order and sent your shipping confirmation. Transactions are processed in the following currencies: SEK for Sweden, EUR for the European Union and the UK, and USD for the US and other non-European countries.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will process your refund or cancel your invoice. However, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please note that Studio Constance is not responsible for any additional charges or penalties imposed by your payment provider due to the processing of your payment.
